Sipsmith London Dry Gin-Paired with Fever-Tree Indian tonic garnished with Lime

Bloom London dry gin and Fever tree tonic sorbet      

                                Bloom London Dry gin, Fever-Tree Elderflower tonic garnished with strawberries

 Bombay sapphire marinated lamb served with roasted vegetable

Salad and lemon roasted potatoes

Bombay Sapphire, paired with Fever-Tree Mediterranean tonic garnished with rosemary and lemon

Seville orange tart with lime crème fraiche
