Slow roasted Sirloin of British beef cooked pink,

with Yorkshire pudding and roast potatoes GF

 

Braised lamb shank with rosemary mash and tomato jus GF

 

Open tart of roasted vegetables topped with smoked cheddar and herb crust V

 

Pot roasted chicken with beans, vegetables, chicken jus and roast potatoes GF

 

Pan fried halibut with wild mushroom risotto and red wine sauce Gf

 

Curry scented roasted monkfish tail with leek, potato and mussel ragout GF
